L'organo meccanico dell'Oratorio, datato 1704 e attribuito al Catarinozzi o a Lorenzo Alari, è ricordato dalla tradizione romana perché Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart , da bambino, lo suonava durante i suoi soggiorni a Roma.
